The traditional KA-BAR® marked for Army personnel. The blade features a "U.S. Army” tang stamp. Available with a traditional straight edge these knives are sold with a leather sheath stamped with "KA-BAR®", "U.S. ARMY" and the US Army Seal.
The Brown handle on the Full-size US ARMY KA-BAR®, Straight Edge is made from leather. The leather is a durable natural material that provided years of service for the military issued KA-BAR knives.
KA-BAR's famous oval-shaped leather handle construction is accomplished by compressing leather washers on to the tang, shaping and coloring them, and then fastening them on with a pinned-on butt cap.
The Fixed Blade on the Full-size US ARMY KA-BAR®, Straight Edge is made from 1095 CRO-VAN Steel and features a Flat grind. 1095 CRO-VAN steel is easy to sharpen, plain carbon steel used in knife making. Proven to be one of the most popular steels used in KA-BAR Knives. With a Rockwell hardness rating of 56-58, this Clip Point shaped blade is 7 inches long and is stamped with US ARMY.
Field sharpening the Full-size US ARMY KA-BAR®, Straight Edge is easy with its sharpened edge.
Included with the Full-size US ARMY KA-BAR®, Straight Edge is a Brown Leather sheath with KA-BAR, US Army, and US Army Logo stamped on it.This sheath Fits KA-BARS with 7-inch blade and double guard.This Brown Leather sheath is made in Mexico.
