Convex Carbides quickly restore a sharp 20° edge, while the Ceramic Wheels hone the edge back to a factory level of sharpness.

The contoured rubber grip base allows the sharpener to be used flat on your countertop or securely on the edge to provide safety and sharpening control.

The ergonomic soft rubber grip provides a safe and comfortable sharpening experience. Compact size easily fits into your kitchen drawer, camping gear or BBQ kit so it is always within reach.
